Bahawalpur, August 16, 2023 (PPI-OT): Executive Member of IUB Performing Arts Society, Directorate of Students Affairs, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, and Mr. Usama Tariq won the fifth position in Essay Writing in Pakistan Inter-University English Competition organized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. He was given a certificate of appreciation and a prize money of one lac.
The title of the article was “Pakistan of 2047 and Aspirations of Youth”. Usama Tariq belongs to the Department of Management Sciences. Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Dean Faculty of Management Sciences, Prof. Dr. Jawad Iqbal, Director of Students Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdul Rauf and Advisor IUB Performing Arts Society Mr. Agha Sadaf Mehdi have congratulated Usama Tariq on this achievement.
