Karachi, The Institute of Business Management (IoBM) welcomed a Japanese delegation led by Mr. Kimihide Ando, Managing Director of Ando K. Limited and former Managing Director of Mitsubishi Corporation Pakistan, and Ms. Aki Takeda, Executive Director of Fourth Valley. The visit focused on exploring recruitment opportunities for IoBM graduates in Japan.

According to Institute of Business Management, the discussions involved IoBM’s management, faculty, and students and were coordinated by the Internship, Placement, and International Office in partnership with the College of Computer Science and Information Systems (CCSIS). Ms. Juveria Baig, Head of the Department, and Mr. Abdul Khaliq, Assistant Manager, played pivotal roles in facilitating the visit.

The event highlighted the importance of international employment connections and showcased the potential of Pakistani talent on a global scale. The Japanese representatives also attended the Final Year Project showcase by CCSIS, providing them with insights into the innovations and capabilities of the students. This interaction underscores a growing recognition of the value of global talent mobility in tackling demographic and economic challenges.
