Islamabad, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has taken a significant step towards enhancing transparency in hostel management by launching an online portal for the allotment of male hostel seats. This initiative, in line with the directives of IIUI President Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi, aims to streamline and modernize the hostel seat allocation process.
According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the hostel management has opened the application process through a Google Form, a first in the university’s history. This new system is designed to be user-friendly and transparent. Eligible applicants include BS students enrolled in Fall-2022 and MS/PhD students of Spring-2023. The application portal opened on November 17, 2023, at 09:30 am, with a deadline for submissions set for November 24, 2023, at 03:30 pm. Applicants are required to accurately fill out the Google Form and submit their applications within the specified timeframe.
