Gilgit, In a significant development within the media fraternity of Gilgit-Baltistan, the Vice Chancellor of Karakoram International University, Prof. Dr. Ataullah Shah, has extended his congratulations to the newly elected president and cabinet of the Gilgit-Baltistan Union of Journalists.
