Islamabad, April 07, 2023 (PPI-OT): According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, a significant majority (89%) of Pakistanis have decreased eating out with family and friends due to the recent inflation.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country, was asked the question “Please think in regards of the following statements and respond with whether inflation has affected your social/home life? – Has there been a decrease in eating out with family and friends or eating out at restaurants due to inflation?” In response, 89% said yes, 9% said no and 2% did not respond or said that they did not know.
Question: “Please think in regards of the following statements and respond with whether inflation has affected your social/home life? – Has there been a decrease in eating out with family and friends or eating out at restaurants due to inflation?”
