Quetta, The University of Balochistan celebrated significant achievements in the recent National Round Elocution Competition organized by the Higher Education Commission, where its students excelled in both Urdu and English categories.

According to University of Balochistan, the competition featured performances by students from various departments who managed to secure the second position at the national level and the first position provincially. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Bazai commended the students for their excellent representation of the university, likening their role to that of ambassadors for the institution.

Prof. Bazai emphasized the importance of extracurricular activities in education, noting that such competitions foster better relations between institutions and contribute to the personal and academic development of students. He highlighted how these events encourage a spirit of improvement and struggle, providing students with a platform to gauge their success and set directions in their academic journeys.

The National Round Elocution Competition, held across the country by the Higher Education Commission, was a stage where the University of Balochistan’s students showcased their oratory skills, achieving notable success in both the Urdu and English speeches.
