Rawalakot, At Poonch University in Rawalakot, scholarship checks totaling 84 lakh were distributed to deserving female students across various disciplines. The scholarships, facilitated by the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund, were presented during a special ceremony in the university’s Faculty of Agriculture conference hall.

According to University of Poonch Rawalakot, Vice Chancellor Dr. Zakaria Zakir lauded the achievements of the scholarship recipients, noting the honor it represents not only for the students but also for their parents. He emphasized the effectiveness of the university’s Directorate of Students Financial Aid in securing significant funding for female students, highlighting its organization and impact in enabling students to excel and gain recognition through these scholarships.

Dr. Faraz, addressing the audience, remarked that the students earned these scholarships through their hard work and capabilities, underscoring the merit-based nature of the awards.
