Quetta: In the General Elections of 2024, the elected Member of the National Assembly (MNA) from NA-263 Quetta-II garnered 27,175 votes, representing 22% of the 125,045 ballots cast and merely 6% of the 418,280 registered voters in the constituency. Under Pakistan's First-Past-The-Post (FPTP) electoral system, securing the highest vote share suffices for a candidate to win a seat, without requiring a majority.

According to Free and Fair Election Network, the Final Consolidated Result (Form-49) of the constituency indicated a voter turnout of 30%. Despite the victory, the elected MNA did not have majority support among those who voted on February 8, 2024. The runner-up candidate received 20% of the ballots, while the third-placed candidate secured 12%, and the remaining candidates collectively received no votes. Additionally, no ballots were declared invalid.
