University of Turbat Hosts Training Workshop to Boost Administrative Excellence

Turbat, The University of Turbat (UoT) has embarked on a mission to elevate its administrative capabilities with a three-day training workshop focused on “Secretarial Skills and Professional Development,” inaugurated by the University’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad, on January 15, 2024.

According to University of Turbat, the workshop aims to enhance administrative excellence across all units of the University. It saw participation from various administrative sections, reflecting the institution’s commitment to strengthening its administrative framework. The Vice Chancellor emphasized the crucial role of students, faculty, and administrative staff as the main pillars of the university, highlighting the significant contribution of administrative staff to the University’s progress.

Prof. Dr. Jan Muhammad encouraged active participation in the workshop sessions to ensure productive outcomes. He expressed his gratitude to Mr. Manzoor Hussain, Director of HRM at BUITEMS, Quetta, who served as the resource person for the workshop. Hussain’s contribution was especially noted for bringing his valuable expertise to the University of Turbat’s administrative staff, despite his busy schedule.

Dr. Riaz Ahmed, Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at UoT, outlined the objectives of the training workshop, underlining its importance in the continuous development and professional growth of the administrative staff.

The initiative by the University of Turbat to host this workshop demonstrates a proactive approach to fostering a skilled and efficient administrative team, which is integral to the overall success and growth of the institution.
