University of Sindh Conducts Smooth Semester Exams; Vice Chancellor Lauds Efforts in Jamshoro

Jamshoro, Semester examinations at the University of Sindh continued for a third day in various departments, with tests conducted in both morning and evening shifts. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro visited multiple examination centers to oversee the process.

According to University of Sindh, the Vice Chancellor toured the Institute of Plant Sciences and the Center for Pure and Applied Geology. During his visit, he discovered an underutilized underground floor at the Plant Sciences Institute, sparking discussions about its potential use, as it had not been active for over two decades. At the Geology Center, he commended Professor Dr. Rafiq Ahmed Lashari for his personal initiative to provide students with syrup during exams, highlighting the care shown towards students in the hot weather.

Dr. Kalhoro expressed his appreciation for Dr. Lashari’s gesture, noting the importance of treating students with such kindness and generosity. He emphasized that such acts of goodwill contribute positively to the academic environment and student well-being. The Vice Chancellor himself participated in this act of kindness by sampling the syrup offered to the students.
