Lahore, The University of Management and Technology (UMT) has unveiled its orientation schedule for the upcoming Spring 2024 semester, welcoming new undergraduates to a series of informative sessions aimed at preparing them for a journey in leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology.

According to University of Management and Technology, the orientation will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Hakim Muhammad Saeed Seminar Hall in the main building of UMT’s main campus in Johar Town. The event promises a comprehensive introduction to the university’s diverse academic disciplines, structured in three time slots to cater to various schools and departments.

The first session, set for 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, will host new enrollees from the School of Systems and Technology, the School of Food and Agricultural Sciences, and the School of Media and Communication Studies, among others. This will be followed by a mid-morning slot from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM for the School of Professional Advancement, the Institute of Aviation Studies, the School of Law and Policy, and several other departments.

The final session, scheduled from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, will accommodate incoming students from Dr. Hasan Murad School of Management, the School of Science, the School of Design and Textiles, the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, and the Institute of Liberal Arts.
