University of Haripur Students Excel in National Accountability Bureau Competitions

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: The University of Haripur recently celebrated the remarkable success of its students in various competitions organized by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). The events showcased the students’ abilities in extracurricular activities, community service, and diverse fields, reflecting the university’s commitment to academic and analytical excellence.

According to The University of Haripur, the NAB-organized events, including essay writing, poster painting, and speech competitions, occurred from November 6 to 8, witnessing enthusiastic participation from the university students. Notable achievements included Hamza from the Department of Information Technology winning first place in the Urdu speech competition, Ifla Amir from the same department securing victory in poster painting, and Fatima Ishaq from the Department of Zoology earning second place in the English speech competition.

These students were honored with trophies and cash prizes by the NAB. The university’s environment, which encourages the thriving of ideas, has been instrumental in shaping its graduates to be professionally successful and socially responsible. A special function was organized by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shafiq ur Rahman to celebrate these accomplishments. He commended the students and faculty, highlighting the faculty’s role in fostering knowledge and critical thinking. Prof. Dr. Rahman emphasized the collaborative efforts leading to these achievements, reflecting the high-quality education at the University of Haripur.
