Rawalpindi, Today marks the commencement of the Universal Days of Taqwa, dedicated to the memory of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi al-Jawad (a.s.). The Tehreek Nifaz-e-Fiqah Jafaria Pakistan International Ayam Taqwi Committee has finalized arrangements for a series of mourning and commemorative events across the country.
According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, the meeting was chaired by Syed Kashif Kazmi, Secretary of the Ayam Taqwi Committee. The session outlined the schedule for funeral processions and coffin-carrying processions, which are set to highlight the virtuous life and sacrifices of Imam Muhammad Taqi (a.s.). “The martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Muhammad Taqi is a beacon for those seeking righteousness and justice in the world,” stated Kashif Kazmi during his address. He emphasized the importance of media coverage to ensure that these observances reach a wide audience, thereby extending the message of Imam Muhammad Taqi’s life and teachings.
Kashif Kazmi also called on the government to make special arrangements to facilitate the processions and ensure safety and order during the events. He highlighted the Imam’s commitment to the propagation of Islam and his contributions to human welfare, urging followers to reflect on these values during the observances.
The Universal Days of Taqwa are set to feature a series of events that not only commemorate the life of Imam Muhammad Taqi but also aim to inspire acts of piety and devotion among the followers of Islam.
