The match, held at KGA Gymkhana, saw Shamil Cricket Club set a formidable total, propelled by standout innings from Waqas Akbar and Muhammad Luqman.

According to Regional Cricket Association Karachi, Shamil Cricket Club, batting first, amassed a staggering 554 runs for four wickets in their allotted 40 overs. Opener Waqas Akbar led the scoring with a spectacular 243 runs, including 44 fours and a six. His opening partner, Mohammad Luqman, contributed a robust 193 runs featuring 24 fours and 10 sixes. In their response, New Gulshan Cricket Club was overwhelmed, collapsing to 114 all out in 27.5 overs, with Anas Khan top-scoring with 36 runs.
