Sajjad Hussain Assumes Role as Director of Punjab Arts Council in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi, Sajjad Hussain has officially taken over as the Director of the Punjab Arts Council Rawalpindi, following a transfer from his previous position as Director at the Punjab Arts Council Bahawalpur.

According to Punjab Arts Council, Hussain’s appointment comes as part of a routine administrative change issued by the Information and Culture Department. Upon his arrival at the office, he was warmly received by Deputy Director Muhammad Shakur and Assistant Director Muhammad Suleman. During a meeting, the team reaffirmed their commitment to preserving the region’s cultural heritage and discussed strategic plans for the future of the Council in Rawalpindi.

Director Hussain expressed his dedication to promoting arts and culture in the Potohar region, emphasizing the importance of cultural events as essential elements of societal well-being and national identity.
