Lahore, Demonstrating its commitment to fostering academic excellence, Punjab University has awarded PhD degrees to ten distinguished scholars in various disciplines. The recipients come from diverse fields of study, ensuring the university’s contribution to knowledge expansion across multiple academic territories.
According to a news release by the University of the Punjab, the scholars who received their PhD degrees are: Tariq Nadeem Khan in Special Education, Binish Mughal in Commerce, Almas Irfan in Applied Psychology, Rizwan Ali in Punjabi, Fatima Rehman in Biological Sciences (Microbiology and Molecular Genetics), Nasir Mahmood in Biological Sciences (Biotechnology), Ayesha Siddiqa in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, Akhtar Mahmood in Agriculture Sciences (Plant Pathology), Muhammad Zahid in Special Education, and Khurram Abbas in Urdu.
