Lahore, The Government of Punjab’s Higher Education Department is seeking applications for the position of Vice Chancellor across twenty-five public sector universities, including prominent institutions like the University of the Punjab, Lahore, and the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.

According to Fatima Jinnah Women University, the announcement calls for highly accomplished, qualified, and motivated professionals to lead these universities. Candidates must possess a PhD from a recognized institution, have significant experience in academic or research leadership, and exhibit a distinguished record of research and publications. The role of Vice Chancellor is critical, as they will act as the principal executive and academic officer, tasked with promoting teaching, research, and ensuring effective administration.
