Islamabad, H.E. Dr. Hathal Hamoud Alotaibi, President of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), presided over the 87th Meeting of the Academic Council, which took place at the university’s New Campus on Wednesday. The meeting focused on enhancing research quality and efficiently utilizing available resources.
According to International Islamic University Islamabad, the council discussed several key topics, including recommendations from committees dedicated to academic affairs and student-related research matters. The meeting saw the participation of notable university figures such as Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (A and F) / (Academic), Vice President (R and E), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed, as well as Director Generals, Deans of Faculties, Professors, and Directors of ORIC and Academics and Examinations.
Dr. Hathal emphasized the importance of adopting modern trends to achieve excellence in the university’s research and academic offerings, signaling a strategic direction towards innovative and efficient academic management.
