Faisalabad, The Society of Software Engineers at the National Textile University successfully hosted a one-day workshop titled “Project Management Mastery: Unleashing Productivity with Asana and Slack.” Held on Thursday, 7th December 2023, in the Multipurpose Hall of the New Academic Block, the event focused on enhancing project management skills using modern digital tools.

According to National Textile University, Mr. Abdul Qadeer Bilal, a lecturer from the Department of Computer Science at NTU, led the workshop. He provided comprehensive training on using Asana and Slack for effective project management. Participants were taught about Slack’s real-time analytics, optimizing organizational communication, initiating projects in Asana, developing clear project objectives, and utilizing RACI charts for effective work management within Asana.

The workshop was attended by distinguished guests and experts in the field of software engineering and project management. Notable attendees included Dr. Ch. Muhammad Nadeem Faisal, Dr. Isma Hamid, Dr. Haseeb Ahmad, Dr. Rehan Ashraf, Dr. Toqeer Mahmood, Mr. Waqar Ahmad, Mr. Muhammad Shahid, Mr. Zahid Javed, and Mr. Muhammad Naeem, the Convenor of the SE Society. Their presence added a layer of expertise and experience to the discussions and interactions during the workshop.
