National Karate Coaches Course Ended at Lahore

Lahore, August 20, 2023 (PPI-OT): The National Karate Coaches Course concluded successfully today at PSB Coaching Centre Lahore. More than 90 coaches participated in this course from all over the Punjab. Pakistan Karate Federation is organizing these coaches’ courses in all four provinces and Islamabad.

The National Coaches Course has been designed based on the updated rules of the World Karate Federation (WKF). It covers both theoretical and practical aspects of coaching, focusing on various techniques, strategies, and tactics employed in modern karate. Additionally, a dedicated session on anti-doping measures to ensure coaches are well versed in promoting fair play, maintaining a clean sports environment and sports Nutrition and on this topic lecture was delivered by Dr. Asad Abbas Secretary POA Medical Commission and member OCA Medical commission.

The closing ceremony of the course was held today at PSB Coaching Centre Lahore. Ms. Andleeb Sandhu, Secretary General PKF, Mr. Muhammad Jahangir, Chairman PKF and Mr. Abdul Majeed, Director Pakistan Sport Board graced the occasion and distributed certificates in addition, licensees among the qualified coaches. They appreciated and encourage all the coaches Participated in the National Accredited Course.
