Lahore, March 08, 2022 (PPI-OT):Leverify conducted its virtual recruitment drive on February 23 for all BSc majors and Computer Science students graduating in 2022. The drive was conducted jointly by Ms. Zahra Malik, Talent Acquisition and Academia Linkage Executive, and Ms. Manal Mustafa (LUMS alumna) Assistant Manager Business Growth Team at Leverify. The company is a USA based tech focused, e-retailer, with their backend operations and human resources located in Pakistan, which is growing at an exponential pace having recruited over 150 people in the last two months along with plans to grow to a strength of over 300 by the end of June 2022.
Explaining the working culture, Ms. Mustafa said that Leverify has an employee-centric approach and prides itself on operating according to the ease of workers in Pakistan. She said that they work remotely, and employees enjoy flexible working hours as per the availability of other department members.
Furthermore, Ms. Mustafa explained that the company will hire 50 people under the Management Trainee Programme and these MTO recruits will get exposure to three main domains including Supply Chain, Data Science and Finance and Compliance within 6 months.
Sharing the application and recruitment procedure, Ms. Malik explained that interested candidates may apply through QR code, shown during the presentation, and the company’s LinkedIn page. Finally, she shared four steps of the recruitment process including submission of resume, online test, assessment center, and interviews. Session ended with an interactive questions and answers session.
