Lahore, The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, in collaboration with the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS-UET Lahore) and the Center for Energy Research and Development (CERAD), is set to host the 7th IEEE International Conference on Energy Conservation and Efficiency (ICECE) 2024 on March 6th and 7th. This event, under the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES), IEEE Industry Application Society (IAS) Lahore Chapter, and IEEE Lahore Section, aims to bring together a diverse group of professionals from the fields of engineering, research, energy, and academia to discuss and explore innovative solutions in energy efficiency and conservation.

According to University of Engineering and Technology, the conference seeks to address the urgent demand for energy optimization and conservation as critical strategies for mitigating the energy challenges faced by developing countries like Pakistan. With a focus on renewable energy integration, smart control systems, energy modeling, load management, and efficient building designs, the ICECE 2024 is poised to offer invaluable insights and networking opportunities for all participants.

The event will feature presentations and discussions on a broad range of topics relevant to the advancement of energy conservation techniques and the integration of clean and green energy solutions. Additionally, the proceedings of the ICECE 2024, containing all presented papers, will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, ensuring global dissemination and recognition of the research shared at the conference.
