IoBM Hosts Eureka Fair Showcasing Student Innovations in Karachi

Karachi, The Institute of Business Management (IoBM) held its Eureka Fair – Spring 2024 on Saturday, which saw MBA students from the MAN608- Technology, Operations, and Innovation course presenting a variety of innovative projects. The fair displayed 25 different projects, involving nearly 100 students, ranging from mobile applications addressing social issues to sophisticated embedded systems designed for domestic and commercial use.

According to Institute of Business Management, the event aimed to provide a platform for students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios, thereby boosting their confidence and inspiring peers. The projects demonstrated a wide array of interests and the innovative capabilities of the students. Guest adjudicators from both academic and industrial backgrounds provided feedback and encouraged students to explore new possibilities within their projects.

Dr. Junaid Ansari from the Management and HRM Department welcomed guests at the event, which was not only about displaying student projects but also about sparking future innovation and strengthening ties between academia and industry. The participation of notable figures from the technology and corporate sectors underscored the event’s role in bridging academic creativity with practical application.
