Islamabad, October 26, 2021 (PPI-OT):Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) arranged 03 meetings during the month of September and October 2021 in Hybrid mode. During the meetings, 68 PhD research proposals of Faculty of Management Science, Faculty of Islamic Studies (Usuluddin), Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Shariah and Law, Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences and International Institute of Islamic Economics were discussed and important decisions were taken up by house.
The board also discussed and analyzed synopses of MS scholars of different faculties. On the occasion, Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed directed to ensure that format prescribed for research must be followed by the scholars and reiterated that Faculty Boards should be strengthen for the fruitful results of the proposal. The board members also gave suggestions on research topics. The house appreciated the efforts of Exam Section for timely arranging the meetings and recommended for the quality assurance of the proposals.
