Lahore, The Job Fair 2024, organized by the Career Services and Internships Office at Forman Christian College, achieved remarkable success, drawing participation from 125 prestigious companies across a wide range of sectors. The sectors represented included Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Banking, Information Technology, Technology, Education, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Media, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Chemical, Food and Beverages, and Insurance. The event highlighted the diverse career opportunities available to students and alumni, facilitating direct engagement with leading industry players.
According to Forman Christian College, notable companies such as Pepsico, State Bank of Pakistan, Netsol, Bank of Punjab, Nishat Chunian, Sapphire, Descon, CureMD, McDonald’s, Haier, Lotte Akhtar Beverages Pvt Ltd, Vivo Pakistan, CERP, Service Industries, and Dunya News were among the active participants in the fair. The event attracted close to 3500 students and alumni from FCCU, underscoring the strong link between the institution’s academic community and the professional world.
The fair was further distinguished by the attendance of the Vice Rector, Chief Student Affairs Officer, Deans, Faculty, and various members of the FCCU community, with Dr. Jonathan S. Addleton, the Rector of FCCU, serving as the chief guest.
