According to Pakistan Peoples Party, Chairman Bhutto Zardari expressed profound sorrow for the loss of Mengal and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and the journalism community affected by this tragedy. He emphasized that such terror acts would not weaken the resolve of the Pakistani people and vowed that those responsible would face severe consequences for their actions. The chairman also offered prayers for the swift recovery of all individuals injured in the attack.
