Ayesha Liaqat Facilitates Leadership Sessions at Global UGRAD-Pakistan Alumni Academy in Bangkok

Islamabad, Ayesha Liaqat from the Department of Behavioral Sciences led engaging sessions on modern leadership at the Global UGRAD-Pakistan Alumni Academy in Bangkok. Her workshops focused on 21st-century leadership styles and ethical leadership practices.

According to National University of Sciences and Technology, Liaqat co-facilitated alongside Liz Hague, exploring interpersonal and personal leadership approaches. Their sessions included practical exercises and case studies, aiming to equip young leaders with the skills to address real-world challenges effectively. Over 150 participants from across Pakistan attended the sessions, engaging in discussions about national issues and community-driven change.

The convocation was part of a broader effort by the international research and exchange board (IREX) to foster leadership skills among Pakistan’s youth, emphasizing ethical considerations and the integration of diverse leadership styles.
