Murree, September 30, 2021 (PPI-OT):The annual meeting of Pakistan Orphan Care Forum was held at Alkhidmat Aghosh College Murree. President AKFP and Chairman Pakistan Orphan Care Forum, Muhammad Abdus Shakoor presided over the meeting. A performance review of the past year followed by the planning for the future was conducted in the meeting. Heads and officials of twenty sponsoring organizations attended the meeting.
Key important decisions regarding the sponsorship of orphans at the national and international level were taken. Matters of legislation for the protection of children rights were discussed and several committees were formed to deal with the government legislation bodies. At the end, a detailed tour of Aghosh College Murree was held and participants appreciated the efforts of Alkhidmat being made for the betterment of the children.
