Karachi, FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL) celebrated World Milk Day 2024 at the University of Central Punjab, focusing on the importance of dairy nutrition in combating malnutrition. The event, held in collaboration with the university’s Department of Food Science and Technology and the Food Junction Society, featured discussions and an awareness walk led by Dr. Muhammad Nasir, Head of Corporate Affairs at FCEPL.

According to University of Central Punjab, Dr. Nasir emphasized the crucial role of safe and high-quality dairy products in improving health and nutrition across Pakistan. He highlighted FCEPL’s commitment to adhering to global dairy standards and enhancing access to nutritious dairy products nationwide.

The event is part of a broader initiative by FCEPL to promote the consumption of safe milk and its benefits, especially in addressing malnutrition and growth issues in Pakistan.
