PTI Leader Criticizes Federal and Provincial Governments, Praises Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Governance

Lahore, Musrat Jamshed Cheema, a senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has criticized the governance of the federal and three provincial governments, contrasting them unfavorably with the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which he commended for its effective administration and public service.

According to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Cheema highlighted the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s commitment to good governance, particularly its proactive approach to assisting farmers and purchasing wheat directly from them to alleviate their hardships. He expressed dissatisfaction with the focus on publicity over substantive governance in Punjab, suggesting that other administrations were more concerned with appearances than actual service delivery.

Cheema praised Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for its people-friendly budget and its dedication to transparent and welfare-oriented expenditure. He asserted that the province continues to serve its citizens diligently, even amid challenges, setting a standard of service continuity that other governments fail to meet.
