Pakistan Sunni Tehreek Vows to Continue Shaheed Saleem Qadri’s Mission Amid Calls for Political Reforms and Religious Respect

Rawalpindi, The President of Pakistan Sunni Tehreek’s Rawalpindi District, Engineer Najam-ul-Thaqib Qadri, announced at the “Ameer Martyrs of Ahl-e-Sunnat Conference” that the mission of Shaheed Muhammad Saleem Qadri will persist until his death. The conference also addressed the issues of religious desecration in Sweden and the need for governmental accountability and relief for the people amidst economic challenges.

According to Pakistan Sunni Tehreek, the conference, held on Misrial Road to commemorate the martyrdom of Shaheed Muhammad Saleem Qadri, served as a platform to condemn the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden, describing it as an act of terrorism and a conspiracy to incite religious conflict. The leaders expressed their discontent with the current government’s approach to economic hardships, emphasizing that if the government cannot alleviate the people’s burdens, it should step down.

Speakers including Dr. Tayyab Raza-ul Madni and Allama Qari Pir Mumtaz Ahmed Farooqui emphasized the Sunni community’s commitment to combating extremism and promoting unity among Muslims. The conference called for a unified response to global disrespect towards Islamic values and stressed the importance of the Sunni community’s role in Pakistani society. The event also included prayers and recitations dedicated to the legacy of Shaheed Muhammad Saleem Qadri and for the prosperity and security of Pakistan.
