Mianwali, Namal University Mianwali has launched a two-day soft skills training program designed to equip students with essential non-technical skills, vital for navigating the competitive job market. In collaboration with The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), the university has taken the initiative to enhance students’ interpersonal abilities and prepare them for real-world challenges.
According to Namal College Mianwali, the training program concentrated on nurturing a range of soft skills including interpersonal communication, coordination, problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and leadership. These skills are recognized as increasingly important by employers across various industries and are critical to students’ overall professional development.
