Kotli, The University of Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir has embarked on a groundbreaking initiative to bridge the gap between academic institutions and industry players with the launch of a two-day training program titled “Industry Academia Liaison.” The event, scheduled for the 5th and 6th of March, 2024, aims to foster stronger collaboration and understanding between these two critical sectors.
According to University of Kotli, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the program will be graced by the expertise of Dr. Syed Zahoor Hassan, Professor Emeritus and the former Dean and Vice Chancellor of Suleman Dawood School of Business at LUMS. With his extensive academic background and leadership experience, Dr. Hassan is expected to provide valuable insights into the creation of synergies between educational institutions and industry.
The Faculty of Management Sciences at the University of Kotli is spearheading this program as part of its commitment to align academic curricula with industry needs, ensuring that graduates are well-equipped to meet the demands of the modern workforce.
