Haripur, The University of Haripur has released the examination schedule for M.A, M.Sc, and M.Com (Previous and Final Registered Students only) for the annual examination of 2024. This notification is aimed at all Regular, Reappear, Failed, and Late College Registered students, urging them to submit their examination admission forms in line with the outlined schedule and fee requirements. The university emphasizes that incomplete forms will not be processed until all deficiencies are addressed.
According to the University of Haripur, the examination forms will be available at the Examination Section of the University of Haripur, various branches of the National Bank of Pakistan (Main, University, Khalabat Township, Ghazi, and Khanpur branches), and can also be downloaded from the university’s website. A practical fee of Rs. 320 is also mentioned, which is applicable where necessary.
The process delineated for submission includes the requirement that admission forms of Regular Registered students from all affiliated colleges must be forwarded by the concerned Principals. Additionally, it specifies that Regular and Late College students need to have their admission forms attested by the Principal, whereas Private candidates require attestation from a gazette officer of the Education Department. Importantly, the submission of both the examination form and fee within the due date is mandatory.
The university has laid out a fee structure that escalates if forms are submitted after the deadline, including a fine for delays beyond the last submission date with triple the fee, reaching up to a maximum of Rs. 2640. No admission forms will be accepted two weeks prior to the commencement of the examination, except under special permission by the competent authority with an enhanced fee.
Furthermore, the notification highlights that the fee once deposited is non-refundable and non-adjustable if the candidate meets the eligibility criteria. It also states that fees can be deposited at specified National Bank of Pakistan branches or through an online account provided in the notification. A notable jurisdictional limitation is mentioned for fresh private candidates of M.A (Part-I) from District Haripur, who cannot appear in any other university without obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the University of Haripur.
The University of Haripur’s announcement sets the stage for the upcoming annual examinations, ensuring students are well-informed of the requirements and deadlines to facilitate a smooth examination process.
