Lahore, The Punjab University Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC) successfully concluded its four-day Faculty Orientation Program, designed to acquaint new faculty members with their institutional and job roles. The event was attended by PU VC Prof Dr. Khalid Mahmood and other senior faculty members.
According to University of the Punjab, the orientation aimed at fostering attitudinal change and enhancing knowledge and skills among early-career faculty. PU VC Prof Dr. Khalid Mahmood stressed the importance of professional development, while Prof Dr. Kashif Rathore emphasized the need for structured and budgeted Continuing Professional Development initiatives. The program concluded with positive participant feedback and suggestions for incentivizing such developmental programs. Certificates and shields were distributed by the VC to the participants and resource persons.
