LAHORE, Pakistani cricketer Tuba Hassan has been ruled out of the upcoming T20 tri-series and the following two T20 matches against Thailand Women Emerging due to an injury sustained during a one-day match against West Indies Women A.

According to Pakistan Cricket Board, The Pakistan Cricket Board reported that Tuba, while attempting a catch, sustained a laceration on her right cheek and showed symptoms of a concussion during the match at Ghani Glass Ground on October 24. Following an assessment by the medical panel, she was deemed unfit for the series at Gaddafi Stadium, which runs from November 3 to 8, and the subsequent matches on November 10 and 11.

The 23-year-old leg-spinner will be replaced by all-rounder Kaynat Hafeez in the Pakistan Women A squad. Tuba has been advised to rest for a week before beginning her rehabilitation process.
