Bahawalpur, 16 Oct 2023: Islamia University of Bahawalpur’s Executive Training Center has entered into a significant partnership with Time Institute, offering 1000 free training programs for students and the local community. This joint initiative, formalized through a memorandum of understanding, aims to impart skills in e-commerce, freelancing, and IT technologies.
The memorandum was signed at the Vice Chancellor Secretariat, Baghdad Al-Jadeed Campus, by Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, Vice Chancellor of Islamia University of Bahawalpur, and Saifullah, Director of Time Institute.
During an accompanying briefing, the Executive Training Center team recounted its accomplishments over the past three years. This MoU marks their 12th such agreement with entities in the corporate and development sectors. Since its inception, the center has organized more than 470 training programs and workshops, reaching over 17,000 participants, including both professionals and students.
Prof. Dr. Jawad Iqbal, Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences and Patron of the Executive Training Center, expressed his anticipation for the initiative.
