Islamabad, July 07, 2023 (PPI-OT): According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 97% of Pakistanis perceive themselves as religious.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country, was asked the question “(Excluding daily prayers or religious obligations) please respond with what kind of person do you perceive yourself to be?” In response, 97% said they think of themselves as religious, 2% said they think of themselves as non-religious, and 1% said that they do not know or gave no response.

Question: “(Excluding daily prayers or religious obligations) please respond with what kind of person do you perceive yourself to be?”
