Islamabad, September 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 14% Pakistanis claim they have a household member who is employed outside of Pakistan.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country was asked the question “Please let me know if any member of your household (including mother, father, son, daughter) is employed outside Pakistan or is employed in a different district within Pakistan?” In response, 14% said ‘employed outside of Pakistan’, 35% said ‘employed in a different district within Pakistan’, and 51% said no one.

Question: “Please let me know if any member of your household (including mother, father, son, and daughter) is employed outside Pakistan or is employed in a different district within Pakistan.”
