Women (36%) were more likely to report difficulties in getting vaccinated for COVID-19 as compared to men (31%): Gallup and Gilani Pakistan 

Islamabad, February 25, 2022 (PPI-OT):According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, women (36%) were more likely to report difficulties in getting vaccinated for COVID-19 as compared to men (31%).

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Please tell us, on a scale of 1 to 10, to what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statements? – For me, it was difficult to get COVID vaccine” In response to this question, on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 strongly disagreed and 10 strongly agreed, 22% said 1 (strongly disagree), 11% said 2, 8% said 3, 6% said 4, 8% said 5, 7% said 6, 6% said 7, 8% said 8, 8% said 9 and 16% said 10 (strongly agree).

Question: “Please tell us, on a scale of 1 to 10, to what extent do you agree or disagree with the following statements? – For me, it was difficult to get the COVID vaccine”
