Lahore, In a bid to provide guidance to female students on their educational and professional paths, the Nankana Sahib Campus of Virtual University held a career counseling session at the Government Vocational Training Institute for Women in Nankana Sahib. The event was designed to empower attendees, which included around 60 students, as well as the institute’s principal, faculty, and staff, with the knowledge to make informed choices for their future careers and studies.
According to Virtual University of Pakistan, the session was an enlightening experience for the participants, offering a thorough overview of the university’s educational system. It shed light on the variety of degree programs available and underscored the advantage of Virtual University’s flexible learning environment, which allows students to study from home. This is particularly beneficial for female students, as it accommodates their individual needs and constraints, facilitating a more inclusive approach to higher education.
The counseling event served as an interactive platform where students were informed about the admission process and what to expect from the student experience at Virtual University. The question-and-answer segment of the session provided a direct communication channel between the students and the university representatives, ensuring that the students left with a clear understanding of their academic options and the pathways available to them for their future careers.
