University of Sindh Delays Exams and Teaching Assistant Appointments Due to Strike

Jamshoro, In response to a sit-in at the Hyderabad Bypass, the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, has announced the postponement of all scheduled examinations and the appointment of teaching assistants planned for tomorrow. The decision impacts students and candidates across various disciplines, including International Relations, Freshwater Biology and Aquatic Sciences, Philosophy, Arts, Science, Commerce, and Home Economics.

According to University of Sindh, the registrar, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Ali Jariko, has stated that the examinations for teaching assistants in International Relations, Freshwater Biology and Aquatic Sciences, and Philosophy will now be held on February 19 at 1 pm at the Sindh University Testing Center. Additionally, the moderator of annual examinations, Shahid Hussain Lark, has rescheduled the exams for AD Arts, Science, Commerce, and Home Economics to February 25. The university’s transport in-charge, Mihar Ali Qazi, also confirmed that, in accordance with the university administration’s instructions, the shuttle buses will not operate on February 16 due to the anticipated sit-in and strike on the Hyderabad Bypass.
