Karachi, September 20, 2023 (PPI-OT): The Central President of PPP’s Women Wing, Mrs. Faryal Talpur held a meeting today at Zardari House Karachi with the President of South Punjab, Shazia Abid and Information Secretary Shehnaz Lodhi.
The President of Women’s Wing Sindh Chapter Shugata Jumani, General Secretary Mehreen Bhutto and Information Secretary Sadia Javed were also present in the meeting.
During the meeting, it was discussed and decided that the PPP’s Women Wing chapters in all provinces would be fully activated ahead of upcoming general elections, and as per the guidelines of the PPP leadership.
It was also decided in the meeting that the office bearers of provincial chapters should visit to each district in their own province with an action plan of female mobilization, focussing the registration and verification of women voters and their inclusion, respectively.
The meeting ended with a resolve on winning the upcoming general elections with full participation of the women in each constituency across Pakistan by electing the Chairman Peoples Party, as the next Prime Minister of Pakistan.
