RAWALPINDI, Allama Aghazi Hussain Maqdisi, head of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh Jafaria, has praised the Pakistani army’s response to what he termed as Iranian aggression, calling it a reflection of the nation’s aspirations and determination to defend the homeland.
According to Tehreek Nafaze Fiqhe Jafariya, Allama Maqdisi described the Pakistani army’s stance as the voice of the nation’s heart, symbolizing national integrity and pride. He emphasized the role of the Shiite community in Pakistan, stating that they stand as a solid wall alongside the national security agencies in defending Pakistan’s sovereignty. Maqdisi urged Iran to adhere to the principles set by Ayatollah Khomeini, highlighting that the secret to salvation lies in the unity of Muslim countries.
The leader of Jafaria, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Mousavi, was quoted for his teachings on elevating the truth and condemning nihilism. Maqdisi drew a distinction between the Islamic world and the world of disbelief, declaring the Iranian attack on Pakistan as contrary to the ideology of Millat Wahida. He expressed a commitment to protecting Pakistan’s land and ideology, echoing the vision of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal.
Maqdisi assured that Pakistan, being the result of collective efforts and sacrifices of all schools of thought, stands united in its defense and protection. He mentioned that Pakistan’s children are ready to join the front lines in defense of their homeland at any stage of sacrifice.
He also stressed that the protection of Pakistan’s independence is not only a duty of faith but also an unwavering position, and any invasion from any border will be condemned. The leader affirmed the continuation of the struggle against oppression, exploitation, and tyranny, following the teachings of the Prophet’s family.
Maqdisi highlighted Pakistan’s sacrifices in the war against terrorism, urging the international community to recognize and learn from Pakistan’s experiences. He called for friendly relations and appreciation of Pakistan’s efforts in combating terrorism.
This meeting of the Central Cabinet of Tehreek-e-Nafaz-e-Fiqh Jafaria served as a platform for reinforcing the commitment to Pakistan’s sovereignty and the importance of unity among Muslim countries for mutual protection and defense.
