Lahore, September 03, 2022 (PPI-OT):Institute of Applied Psychology, University of the Punjab signed an MOU with Out of Box Consulting (OOBCON) Company for providing mutual cooperation in the field of research, education, and mental health. Both the organizations will jointly set up a consortium for excellence in research and training. With the collaboration of OOBCON, Institute of Applied Psychology has started a short course entitled “Addiction and it’s Management”. In this regard, an Orientation Ceremony was hosted at IAP, PU.
The orientation ceremony was attended by Director Institute of Applied Psychology, Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique and the course facilitators from the OOBCON which included Dr. Iqbal Naeem, Dr. Mirat Gul, Dr. Muhammad Ajmal Chaudhry, Dr. Imran Sharif, Dr. Ayesha Siddique, Mr. Junaid, Ms. Naeema Sarfraz and Ms. Rukhsana. Focal Persons from OOBCON, Ms. Mahum Rasheed and Ms. Zunera Tariq from IAP, PU also attended the ceremony. Ms. Quratul Ain conducted the Orientation Ceremony and Dr. Rafia Rafique while addressing shared different aspects of the course and highlighted it’s mission, objectives and goals. The orientation ceremony was concluded with refreshment followed by commencement of the first class of the Course.
