According to Pakistan Cricket Board, Pakistan's captain Farhan Yousaf and his team prepared for the encounter with a training session at Takashinga Sports Club in Harare, where they focused on fielding drills and net practice under the guidance of head coach Shahid Anwar. The match will be broadcast live on PTV Sports and Geo Super in Pakistan, with streaming available on platforms including Myco and Tamasha.
Historically, Pakistan has had the upper hand against New Zealand in ICC U19 Men's Cricket World Cup matches, winning 12 out of 16 encounters. Their last meeting resulted in a dominant 10-wicket victory for Pakistan in South Africa.
