10th National Workshop on Reproductive Ultrasonography Concludes at UVAS

Lahore: The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) in Lahore recently concluded its 10th National Workshop on Reproductive Ultrasonography in Domestic Animals. The workshop, organized in collaboration with the Therio Graduate Club and Bio-Tech Services, focused on enhancing the practical skills and modern knowledge of veterinary professionals.

According to University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, the event took place at the UVAS Veterinary Academy and was presided over by UVAS Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Masood Rabbani. The workshop concluded with a ceremony where certificates were distributed among participants and shields were awarded to resource persons. The event was attended by a variety of stakeholders, including farm managers, para-vets, faculty members, and students.

Prof. Dr. Masood Rabbani emphasized the importance of such training workshops, highlighting their role in equipping professionals with modern diagnostic techniques for improved reproductive health and fertility management in animals. He encouraged participants to share the knowledge gained from the workshop widely among their peers. The workshop aimed to equip attendees with the latest skills to diagnose reproductive issues and improve fertility in animals such as cows, buffaloes, sheep, goats, and dogs through the use of ultrasonography.
