Islamabad, September 30, 2022 (PPI-OT):According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, more than a quarter (27%) Pakistani households interviewed said they know someone whose house was directly affected by the recent flooding.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country was asked the following question regarding,” Has there been flooding in the house of someone you know?” In response to this question, 27% said ‘Yes’ while 73% said ‘No’ Amongst those who said ‘yes,’ 76% belonged to Balochistan, 46% were from Sindh, 24% were from KPK and 14% belonged to Punjab.
