Majority 53% Pakistanis believe that the recently passed Annual Federal and Provincial budget will not create any ease or offer very little relief to the common man: Gallup and Gilani Pakistan

Islamabad, July 16, 2021 (PPI-OT):According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 37% of Pakistanis believe that recently passed budget will not at all create ease for the common man, with another 16% are very less hopeful on this issue, resulting in a majority 53% who are skeptical about recently passed budget and its ability to offer relief to Pakistanis.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “To what extent do you think the current budget will create ease for the common man?” In response to this question, 5% said very much, 17% said somewhat, 16% said very less, 37% said not at all, while 21% did not know. 4% did not respond.
