LUMS Announces Summer School Programmes for Pre-College Students

Lahore, The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) has unveiled its Summer School 2024, designed to offer pre-college students a unique blend of academic and social learning experiences. The program aims to provide young learners with the opportunity to explore various disciplines including writing, arts, and technology in an intellectually stimulating environment.

According to Lahore University of Management Sciences, the Summer School will be divided into two sessions, with the first session running from June 24 to July 12, 2024, and the second session from July 23 to August 9, 2024. In addition, the Young Learners Programme, catering to students interested in creative classes and skill development in debates, art, technology, and communication, will also offer two sessions: the first from July 1 to July 12, 2024, and the second from July 29 to August 9, 2024.

LUMS is also excited to introduce the FutureTech boot camp, a one-week intensive programme scheduled from July 29 to August 2, 2024, targeting high school students with a passion for computer science. This program will be led by esteemed LUMS professors and will cover futuristic topics in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and internet technologies. Participants will engage in hands-on projects aimed at building intelligent machines and developing innovative applications.
